1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 together with the report of Directors & Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Rathi as Director of the Company who retires by rotation.
3. Reappointment of M/s. Ashok Khasgiwala & Company as Auditors of the Company.
4. Amendment in Name Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
5. Amendment in Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
6. Amendment in Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
7. Amendment in the Articles of Association of the Company. |
