The Board of Directors of the Company has taken note of the appointment of Mr. Boradkar as Company Secretary effective from February 12, 2013 and the Board decided to designate Mr. Ashish M. Boradkar as Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect, in place of Mr. A. S. Wagle who has reached age of superannuation. |
