| Exchange Disseminated Time 23/08/2017 17:46:45 | Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 31, 2017, inter alia, to:
1. Consider and approve un-audited Financial Statements of the Company (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2017;
2. Consider and approve declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2017-18.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 24, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of decision of Board of Directors regarding payment of Interim Dividend to Stock Exchanges on August 31, 2017. |
