| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indian Overseas Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2014, has considered and approved the following:
1. Convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders of the Bank on November 26, 2014 at Narada Gana Sabha, 314 UK Road, Chennai- 600018, for the election of Directors by the shareholders, other than the Central Government from amongst themselves.
2. Fixation of the Cut Off Date as October 17, 2014, for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders to participate and vote at the EGM. |
