| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Revathi Equipment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company's joint venture Company viz. Potential Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd, Banglore and the Board of Directors of the Company's subsidiary Company viz. Seamec Ltd, Banglore have decided on November 18, 2008 that Potential Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd shall merge with Seamec Ltd. subject to the approval of the High Court, Karnataka and of their respective shareholders. Based on swap ratio approved by the Board of Directors of the Companies, the merged Company will become subsidiary of Revathi Equipment Ltd., on approval from High Court, Karnataka. |
