Outcome of Meeting of Committee of Directors held on 29.05.2017
We refer our letter No.IRC/29/2017-18 dated 24.05.2017 and inform that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held today i.e., 29.05.2017 approved the Bank for issuing equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each to Government of India on preferential basis, aggregating to Rs.1,100 crore, subject to applicable Regulatory provisions and for obtaining the shareholders' approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled on 28.06.2017
