| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2016.
In this connection, as per Clause 4 of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in shares of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members from May 18, 2016 to May 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) for dealing in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company's shares. |
