"1. Review of Compliance of SEBI order dated August 30, 2013
The Board of Directors discussed and reviewed the progress for compliance of SEBI order dated August 30, 2013.
The Board was briefed that Company has received part advances back from KPT Infotech Private Limited and Precise Consulting & Engineering Private Limited and assured the Company that balance cheques will be encashed on or before February 25, 2014.
Further Mr. Pandoo Naig, Managing Director informed the Board that Fincare Financial And Consultancy Services Private Limited has assured us to make payment and is in process of the same but they want some more time and the Board authorized Mr. Pandoo Naig, Managing Director to take appropriate steps in the matter to recover the same expeditiously.
The Board is in process to comply the SEBI order at the earliest." |
