    With reference to the captioned subject, please note that the 23rd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 04.00 P.M. at Walchand Hirachand Hall, 4th Floor, IMC Building, Indian Merchant Chamber Marg, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400020 to transact the business as set out in the Notice of AGM enclosed herewith and Register of Members will be closed from Wednesday, September 13, 2017 to Wednesday, September 20, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.
