| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following Special Resolution:
1. Alteration to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. Investment, Corporate Guarantee, Loan under Section 372A of Companies Act, 1956.
3. Confirmation of the resolutions passed at the meeting of Board of Directors for Corporate Guarantee given in accordance with the provisions of Section 372A of Companies Act, 1956.
Duly completed postal ballot forms should reach the Scrutinizer on or before May 03, 2012. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman of the Company after completion of the scrutiny of the Postal Ballots.
