| Exchange Disseminated Time | Addi Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010, the Profit & Loss Account and the Cash Flow Statements for the year ended on that date together with Auditors Report Directors’ Report thereon.
2. Appointment of Shri. Hari Bansal as a Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. S R Dinodia & Co, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, the present Statutory Auditors of the Company, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the current financial year 2010-2011 to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
