| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/02/2017 17:38:36 | Sat Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia;
1. to consider and take on record Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
2. to consider allotment of equity shares on conversion of warrants to Promoter i.e. M/s. Sat Invest Private Limited.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from February 03, 2017 to February 16, 2017 and shall reopen on February 17, 2017. During this period, the Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents shall not deal in the shares of the Company. |
