| Exchange Disseminated Time | Grauer & Weil India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To consider, approve and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2016.
2. To recommend the Dividend, if any, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.
3. To fix the date of Book Closure for Dividend purposes.
Further, in this connection, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 23, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the Company. |
