He will be the new promoter executive Director.
Further, the Board accepted and approved resignation of Mr. Prasad Deokar - Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015 and appointment of Ms. Hiral Sheth as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. April 01, 2015. |
