| Exchange Disseminated Time | Rama Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the profit and loss account for the year ended as on March 31, 2010 and the Balance Sheet as at that date along with the notes and schedules attached thereto together with the report of Directors and Auditors.
2. Re-appointment of Shri Prabhat Agarwal, as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of Shiam & Co. Chartered Accountant, as Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, on remuneration terms & conditions. |
