| Exchange Disseminated Time | Saksoft Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To approve the Audited standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016; and
2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-2016.
Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 17, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of this Board meeting. The Trading window will be opened from June 01, 2016. |
