Vakrangee Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Kunnel Prem has resigned from the directorship of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Kunnel Prem was a Nominee Director, representing the Life Insurance Corporation of India, on the board of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the LIC has proposed the name of Mr. T. Sitharthan to be appointed as a nominee director in the place of Mr. Kunnel Prem, who shall be proposed to be appointed in the forthcoming board meeting of the Company.
