| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd has informed BSE that as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with the new SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window will be closed from May 18, 2015 to May 23, 2015 for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members.
The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from May 25, 2015. |
