1. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017 and to take on record Auditor's report thereof.
2. To consider and recommend the final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2016-17, if any.
Further pursuant to the Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, "trading window" for all Insiders, Directors, Promoters and designated employees of the Company, for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2017 till May 31, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
