JMR & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (Firm Registration No: 106912W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 24th AGM of the Company till the conclusion of the 29th AGM to be held for the financial year 2021-22.
