| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balurghat Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2009, inter alia, have unanimously passed the following:
1. Approval of Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2009 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of the Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. M. P. Goenka, Director retiring by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. Guha & Sons, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. |
