| Exchange Disseminated Time | NK Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 08, 2015, has taken the following decisions:
1. The Board with reference to the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and pursuant to relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, decided to remunerate Mr. Nimish K. Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with a consideration of Rs. 30,00,000/- p.a. subject to approval of members of the Company.
2. The Board further with reference to the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and pursuant to relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, decided to remunerate Mr. Nilesh K. Patel, Managing Director of the Company with a consideration of Rs. 30,00,000/- p.a. subject to approval of members of the Company. |
