Further, pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the Regulations, the Company is organizing a quarterly earnings call for Analyst(s) at 4.30 p.m. on January 20, 2017, subsequent to declaration of its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company to discuss the Company's financial performance for the said period and the way forward. |
