The aforesaid dividend, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM will be credited/dispatched before September 27, 2017 to all Members holding shares in physical form as per the Company's Register of Members on August 28, 2017 after giving effect to valid transfers lodged with Company on or before August 21, 2017 and to all the Beneficial Owners whose shares are held in demat form as per the particulars to be furnished by the Depositories, on close of the business hours on August 21, 2017. |
