| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/01/2017 11:28:03 | Aviva Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2017, to consider the following Businesses:
- To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016.
Further, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from the date of the notice i.e. January 18, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company to the stock exchange (both days inclusive) for insiders and their immediate relatives. Accordingly, Insiders and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to enter any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the closure of the trading window. |
