| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maithan Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2010, has allotted 4851925 Equity shares as bonus shares to the members whose name appeared on June 19, 2010, being the record date, pursuant to the approval granted by the shareholders in the ratio of 1:2, i.e. One Bonus Share for every Two Equity Shares.
Further, the Board of Director has recommended a Dividend (including bonus shares) of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2009-10. |
