1. Recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity shares of Rs. 5 each subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Sub-division (stock split) of each equity share of the Company having a face value of Rs. 5 each into 5 equity shares of the face value of Rs.1 each.
