| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated July 20, 2015, Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on July 31, 2015, to inter alia consider and approve amongst other items of agenda, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015, has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Accordingly, the Trading window will not be closed for the said meeting.
Further, the said meeting has been rescheduled to August 11, 2015, to inter alia consider and approve amongst other items of agenda, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015
Further as per Code of Internal Procedure and conduct on Insider Trading for Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the “Trading window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, designated employees and officers of the Company from August 07, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window will be opened from August 14, 2015. |
