| Exchange Disseminated Time | JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Rakesh Nath who was appointed as an Additional and Independent Director with effect from June 25, 2015 had, pursuant to the provisions of Section 161(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, held office as a Director of the Company till July 22, 2015 i.e. the date of Company’s 21st Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on July 22, 2015 had reappointed Mr. Rakesh Nath as an Additional and Independent Director with effect from July 23, 2015. |
