| Exchange Disseminated Time | | IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2015 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from April 01, 2015 upto 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the financial results for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2015 are to be considered and approved. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
