LTI/SE/STAT/2017-18/110 dated November 14, 2017, intimating inter-alia execution of definitive agreements for acquisition of Syncordis S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg along with its identified subsidiaries in Luxembourg, France, UK and India, we wish to inform you that the Company has today completed acquisition of 100% shareholding of Syncordis Software Services India Private Limited ('Syncordis India') from Syncordis S.A., thereby making Syncordis India, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The Company would further like to inform that the acquisition of Syncordis S.A., Luxembourg along with other identified subsidiaries in Luxembourg, France and UK, is in the process of closure and completion of which will be intimated in due course.
