With reference to the above mentioned subject, I disclose that the pledge of 109,074 Equity Shares was released on 19.11.2014. I had earlier not disclosed the above release of pledged shares on account of the fact that my rights under the Civil Suit No. 2226 of 2014 filed by me against IFCI Limited may get jeopardize. However, considering the letter of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Ref No. SEBI/HO/EFD2/CSD/OW/P/2017/0000027329/1 dated November 07, 2017, rejecting my settlement application, I have now made this disclosure with suitable remarks regarding the said Civil Suit therein. |
