Ltd. (Non Promoter Category), @ 640/- per equity share, by way of preferential allotment basis, under the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
With the said allotment, the Issued and Paid up Capital of the Company increased from Rs. 152591700/- to Rs. 154686950/- comprising 15468695 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. |
