| Exchange Disseminated Time | Krishna Deep Trade & Investments Ltd has informed BSE that on account of merger of Naxpar Lab.Pvt. Ltd and Parnax Lab Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Transferor Companies") with the Company, the audit process for the financial year 2012 has been prolonged and therefore at this juncture it is inappropriate to submit the audited, results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2012.
The Company foresee that audit process will be completed before the month of July, 2012.
In view of the above, the Company will submit the results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2012 till July, 2012. |
