With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Lenders to Clear GTL's Debt Recast" & the news item covering the following :

"- The lenders of GTL Infrastructure have agreed to clear a proposal to restructure its debt.

- The Company is in dialogue with potential investors including Viom networks and some private equity players."

In this regards, GTL Ltd has clarified to BSE as under :

"Whenever the company reaches an agreement with lenders and/or potential investors the company would disseminate the same to the stock exchanges. In the mean time kindly note that the reports in the sections of media related thereto are mere speculation."
