Tamilnadu Telecommunications Limited (TTL) in place of Smt. G. Latha, IAS. The Board has been noted and approved his appointment in the meeting held on December 22, 2015.
2. Smt. G. Latha, IAS, Deputy Secretary to Govt. of Tamilnadu, Industries Department was in the Board of M/s. Tamilnadu Telecommunication Limited of the who has ceased to be the Director with effect from December 22, 2015.
3. Dr. Christy Fernandez IAS (Retd.) nominated by BIFR as Special Director in the Board of M/s. Tamilnadu Telecommunication Limited in place of Shri. N. P. Gupta, IAS (Retd). The Board has been noted and approved his appointment in the meeting held on December 22, 2015.
4. Shri N. P. Gupta, IAS (Retd) as Special Director from BIFR in the Board of M/s. Tamilnadu Telecommunications Limited, who has ceased to be the Director with effect from December 22, 2015. |
