| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 20, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008, the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors of the Company.
2. Re-appointment of Sri Venu Srinivasan & Sri C V Karthik Narayanan as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s Sundaram & Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. Appointment of Sri M Raghupathy IAS (Retd) as Director of the Company, subject to retirement by rotation. |
