Notice is hereby given to you pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Sunday, 28th January, 2018 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for third quarter (Q3) ended 31st December, 2017.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 19th January, 2018 till 30th January, 2018 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting pursuant to the Company's Code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
