BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration no:101248W/W-100022) as Statutory Auditors, in place of M/s. P S Subramania Iyer & Co., the retiring auditors. The said appointment is in compliance with the mandatory rotation of Auditors as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
