| Exchange Disseminated Time | Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2016,
has declared the 2nd Interim Dividend @ 250% i.e. Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) per Share on 12,70,26,870 Nos. of Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (F.V.) for the Financial Year 2015-2016.
The Dividend shall be paid / dispatched to the Shareholders on or before March 31, 2016.
The aforesaid Board Meeting commenced at 10.30 a.m. (IST) and concluded at 11.00 a.m. (IST). |
