- Cancellation of decision in respect of establishing a Unit/Division of manufacturing of Gold Bars and Silver at Haridwar due to imposition of restrictions on establishment of Unit/Division of manufacturing of Gold Bars and Silver in the Budget for the year 2016-17. (At the Board meeting held on December 09, 2015 it was decided to acquire manufacturing of Gold Bars and Silver unit at Haridwar, subject to applicable compliances and necessary intimation to the stock exchange was submitted on December 10, 2015).
