| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/05/2016 17:32:10 | BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2016, has transacted the following:
1. The Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016. The dividend, if approved, by the shareholders will absorb Rs. 43.28 million and will be payable on or after August 16, 2016. The dividend distribution tax would amount to Rs. 8.8 million and the same will be borne by the Company.
2. The 72nd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 11, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. at Yashwantrao Chavan Pratisthan Auditorium, Y. B. Chavan Centre, General Jagannath Bhosale Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021. |
