A. The Company have been awarded the following Texprocil Awards for the year 2009-10. The Company has been winning this Award since 2007 and this year it is a HATTRICK.
1. Gold Trophy - Special achievement award in Made-ups category
2. Bronze Trophy - Highest exports in Bed Linen / Bed sheets / Quilts in Made- ups
B. The Company has opened a Show Room cum Marketing Office in New York in Suite # 1019, The Textile Building, 295, 5th Avenue, 30th Street, NY 10016, New York, U.S.A. This will enable market penetration and give boost to Companies exports.
C. The Company has also informed that the BIFR at its hearing held on September 16, 2010, has directed that the Company's subsidiary viz. Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Ltd., ceases to be a sick company industrial company, within the meaning of section 3(1) (o) of the SICA as its net worth has turned positive and its revival is sustainable. II is, therefore, discharged the Company from the purview of SICA/BIFR. |
