| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 05, 2005, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2005 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors & Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Ajay G Piramal as Director of the Company.
3. Declaration of dividend on equity & preference shares.
4. Appointment of Auditors to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting and until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
5. Appointment of Dr Giuseppe Callegari, Mr. Takao Yajima, Mrs. Urvi A Piramal, Mr. Ranjan Sanghi, Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti, and Mr Aditya Mangaldas as Directors of the Company. |
