| Exchange Disseminated Time | Winsome Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that the previous financial year of the Company was extended for a period of 6 months and accordingly closed on September 30, 2013. Now, it has been decided that the current financial year of the Company 2013-2014 will close on June 30, 2014 comprising thereby a total period of 9 months i.e. from October 01, 2013 to June 30, 2014.
Further the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors on March 27, 2014 by Circular Resolution. |
