    Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that as part of our on going expansion project, the Company has commenced commercial production at its Cotton Spinning Plant, located in Hassan, Karnataka effective February 5, 2018.

    The Cotton Spinning Plant with an installed capacity of 2,11,584 spindles is the worlds largest Spinning Plant under one roof.
