| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that by an order made on June 25, 2010, the High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd, the Applicant Company, will be held on July 28, 2010, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement between Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd. and Dynacons Technologies Ltd. and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (the "Scheme of Arrangement"). |
