3. Appointment of Mr. Anand Bathiya as Additional Independent Director on the Boards of the Company and also member of Audit Committee & Nomination and Remuneration Committee with effect from February 05, 2015.
4. Appointment of Mrs. Hiral Kanakia as Woman Director of the Company in terms of Section 149 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013. |
