| Exchange Disseminated Time | Chowgule Steamships Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 17, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the year quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window in respect of shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers and Designated Employees from the opening of trading hours on July 10, 2015. The Trading Window will re-open on July 20, 2015 i.e. 48 hours after the publication of the said results. |
