| Exchange Disseminated Time | Axel Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. The Board has authorised the Managing Director & CFO severally to determine the materiality of an event or information for the purpose of making disclosure to the Stock Exchanges as well as uploading on the Company's website as per the terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. The Board approved / ratified the Code of Practice and procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive information ('The Code") and code of conduct to regulate, monitor & report trading by insiders pursuant to compliance to Regulations 8 & 9 of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 effective from February 01, 2016. |
